Ajman Municipality to Strengthen their Air Quality Controls
The Ajman Municipality & Planning Department – Health & Environment Section is moving towards strengthening their air quality controls by using the latest, appropriate, industry-best technology for the detection, monitoring and measurement of environmental pollutants.
In perspective, the technology will provide real-time, reliable and accurate information to the Municipality and the Health & Environment Section. The following parameters will be monitored, measured, gathered and integrated in a Central Reporting Software:
- Criteria Pollutants : SO2, NOX, CO, O3, PM10, PM2.5
- Industrial Pollutants : THC, H2S
- Green House Gases : CO2
- Noise
- Meteorological data
Upon carefully selecting, analyzing and evaluating all providers, the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department selected the best and most experienced environmental organization, not only in the United Arab Emirates but also in the Middle East, to undertake this project.
